Anthea has a real passion for business, instilled in her from an early age, while growing up in the heart of a family business. Being part of a family in business meant she was completely immersed in its culture. It was not a job her parents did that finished at 5pm. It didn't take holidays – it was always on. She loved every minute of it. Anthea couldn’t wait to start work, and found a job as soon as she was able. She loved to work, to learn, and generally be involved with business and its people, soaking up as much of their expertise and experience as possible. She always knew she wanted to help people and make a difference in the world. This quest took her to university to complete a degree in social work, before gaining a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Management. After gaining some amazing and invaluable management experience, with a variety of outstanding Australian companies, she established Intelligent Directions, which has allowed her to combine my two passions of business and helping people. Anthea considers herself fortunate in that every day she gets to work with some truly incredible and inspirational business people and support them to grow, scale, transform and triumph. It all starts with a conversation, and develops into a close collaboration to reveal and deliver a winning strategy for business success. Her work is truly a labour of love and she treasures every minute of every business day.

As founder and CEO of Engenesis, Ashkan heads a business movement of global venture builders, professional investors, business management consultants, advisors and ontological leadership coaches who adopt and apply his frameworks while also encouraging and facilitating their use by others for personal and organisational transformation. Committed to lifelong learning, he is currently in the process of completing a research degree in Leadership Transformation at Sydney University.

Dr. Ehssan Sakhaee is a leadership facilitator, lecturer, author, speaker and engineer. He has taught, mentored and coached thousands of engineers and project managers over the past decade to cultivate higher levels of wellbeing, leadership and effectiveness. He holds a PhD in Engineering and was a lecturer at University of Sydney and UCLA Extension in the field of personal development and leadership for project managers and engineers.

Helen is a connection and influence coach with over 20 years' coaching experience. Described by clients as down-to-earth, straight talking, passionate and approachable, she has a knack for drawing out people's courage and confidence to tackle the difficult issues holding them back, while also supporting them to develop their relationship with themselves so they can expand their personal influence. In addition to being a coach, Helen is a published author, having co-authored Apprentice to Business Ace – your inside-out guide to personal branding with two others. She has also been featured in the media across various channels, from radio and television to newspapers and magazines, and is a vibrant and engaging public speaker.

Jeanette is a transformational leadership coach, with 35 years of business, training, and leadership experience, who supports people to unleash their potential and develop their business as a self-expression of who they are and what they care about. She sees many leaders with unique skills and untapped potential who question their ability to lead. Many who operate out of the fear and judgement that who they are isn’t enough, and that what they do won’t be good enough. Jeanette believes that when leaders look to what is within them they can discover potential and uniqueness that was masked by their doubts, changing the conversation they have about themselves from “I’m not enough” to “I am enough”. As a result, Jeanette’s clients trust their decisions and powerfully choose their path forward.

John is a consummate leader and an expert in team engagement. A leader in his community John lives what he teaches through his consulting and coaching. With a depth of experience built on his 30 year career in senior management John has a MBA in Leadership and Strategic Management, has studied Negotiation at Harvard Business School and, is a qualified mediator and arbitrator. It's fair to say John understands people and is amongst the foundation Being Framework coaches.

Lucy is a leadership coach who facilitates conversations to create transformational change for individuals and teams. She is interested in deconstructing how you become a high performing leader and a high performing team, and what does that look like?
