Coach Principal of the Engenesis Coach Academy, John is an ontologically trained leadership coach, Thrive Master Coach, Coach Trainer and facilitator accredited across multiple coaching methodologies. Experienced in leading and managing businesses with turnover up to and in excess of USD$250 million in Europe, Australia, and throughout Asia, John has a deep appreciation of and powerful insights into how leaders determine the optimal performance of their teams and organizations.

His primary area of focus is in supporting and developing coaches, coach leaders and c-suite/executive leadership coaching, causing breakthrough performance results. This also includes working with entrepreneurs, startups, high-performance teams, turnarounds and developing successful coaches.

John is interested in new methodologies around coaching and is passionate about what drives human performance, the latest innovations in coaching practices, what makes people perform, and identifying what gets in the way of performance.

He is currently leading the discovery of new methodologies for coaching with a body of coaches interested in transforming how we can deliver consistent breakthrough results in effectiveness and business leadership. This includes determining how we can best use technology as coaches to bring about exceptional outcomes and results for our clients.
