Wayne Stickel is a coach and mentor who helps individuals with disabilities, especially those with chronic health conditions, discover personal fulfillment and navigate life’s challenges. Through his organisation, Mighty Ability, Wayne offers group coaching, workshops, and support programs. He draws from his personal experiences living with a hidden disability, sharing strategies for personal growth and resilience. With over 25 years of leadership in the corporate sector and a decade of coaching experience, Wayne is passionate about empowering others to thrive despite their conditions. Helen Robinett is a connection and influence coach with over 20 years of experience, specialising in helping individuals expand their personal influence and confidence. With a background in corporate leadership and not-for-profit organisations, she supports clients in overcoming challenges, building relationships, and growing their authentic leadership. More recently she has been drawn to supporting people with disability to live their best lives. Helen is also a published author and public speaker, emphasising the importance of courage, authenticity, and self-awareness in personal and professional development.
