Consider stepping into the future grounded in courage to face tough choices and situations. Sooner or later we all get knocked down, stood up, set back. But recognising that our fear is a gateway to courage can propel us to stand tall. An increasing sense of care and attention to how we are being, enables our courage to show up in hard times.
“I don’t know” can stop us in mid-cortisol attack. It can constrain us to more of what we already know. And unless we assume the risk, face the consequences and dare to deal with what feels hard right now, ground-hog day re-occurrences of fear cover up what exists beyond ‘I don’t know’.
This session offers an intentional pause to consider and discover your courage in hard times. You will be listened to generously. You will be understood. There is no space in this session for morality or judgement.
This conversation is for you if you are ready to:
- Shed light on what fears are holding you back
- Meet anger or attack with empowerment and purpose
- Reach into risk with assertiveness, confidence and contribution
- Occupy the interval between reaction and response.
And if:
- you are a coach, facilitator, changemaker, leader or activist.
You will experience a 1.5-hour community in which to practice courage, online. Questions, self-reflection and connection ignite our shared stories into collective courage. You will leave with a renewed capacity to be courageous.
This is not therapy, a seminar, or a problem-solving session. This is an inquiry into how courageously we can face what matters for Human Beings. It takes courage simply to turn up, being yourself.
